  Had two experiences here in my journey and both ended with the doctors and clinicians attempting to dismiss me unreasonably. Front end staff was excellent and exceptionally courteous vs the clinic staff. Choose another clinic if you can. Would not recommend.

  For the most part the staff is pretty good. My issue is a lot of them do not LISTEN to understand but to respond. I hate having to repeat myself and I have had to because they are not listening to understand. Also, when you have an appointment you should not have to wait over 30+ minutes to get to see the doctor. I understand they are busy; however, when you're in pain you do not want to be sitting in a waiting room and then in the back room for long periods of time. The office staff, PT staff, and doctor that I have dealt with have been courteous thus far. I pray it remains that way.

  I had smashed my hand and I came here for treatment it was my right hand and I'm right hand dominate. Well they handed five pages of paperwork to fill out. I left. Went to first health. They filled out the paperwork for me. Only to be forced back by my employer. The Dr. side sucks. After being given a room I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes before leaving again. The physical Therapy side is ok I haven't had any problems.
