- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have taken my personal dogs to Bullard Marks Veterinary Clinic for 8 years now. Dr. Porter is an amazing vet. She treats my animals well and with respect. I have seen the posts from Natalie Cruz on reviews and on Facebook, unfortunately it does not reflect the veterinary services Dr. Porter offers her patients. I have had the opportunity to work with other veterinarians in the Fresno area with my foster dogs, as the rescues they are with require that they see vets the rescues are associated with, with that said, I have still kept my personal animals in the care of Dr. Porter.December 07, 2016by Elise T
