  My Mom has been here repeatedly! This is the ONLY facility she will go to. These reviews are absurd! The facility is always clean and it never smells or has bad odors. My Mom is picky and she loves and adores the staff. She always tells us how fast they are to answer her call light, they take her to activities all the time. She loves the "concerts" as she refers to the live music performances. There are creative activities, too. She loves the physical and occupational therapy department and therapists. She loves the Nurses. She loves the CNA's. My Mom says they are cleaning the floors all the time, day and night! She adores the CNA's and my Mom says the staff say "Hi" to her when she is out of her room and they see her. My Mom is VERY alert, too! These reviews are absolutely ridiculous! They must be either 1) disgruntled former employees (because they have very very high standards at Pacific Gardens or 2) they are putting reviews under the wrong facility. We don't worry at all about my Mom when she is at Pacific Gardens! Thank YOU Pacific Gardens!
