  I was having trouble getting Dr. Tegest to return my calls. I had left numerous messages with her staff asking her to call me. A week later she called me. During the course of our discussion, I told Dr. Tegest I felt her office staff was part of the problem when her patients were trying to get a hold of her. She immediately became defensive and told me I needed to get another doctor. She said she would stay on as my doctor until I found another doctor, but she was sending me a letter stating she was terminating me as a patient and I need to find another doctor as soon as possible. Dr. Tegest never wrote anything down. She always walked around with a laptop, typing on it and several times when I looked at the information she put in my records, they were incorrect. I had to bring this to her attention and she DID NOT like it. Her staff can be rude and does not always give Dr. Tegest her messages. If you are looking for a family practice doctor I would suggest you find someone else. She doesn't seem to have time for her patients.
