- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give less stars I would. I got a letter in the mail today stating that "she will no longer be serving me". This is due to the fact that I requested my medication (which is to be taken daily) to be refilled. It was already 5 days late by the time I was able to get my medication refilled. I did not use any profanity or strong language when asking for my medication. Also, I wouldn't recommend using the pharmacy through northwest. They lost my prescription and after telling them multiple times that they had it, they found it. If you're looking for an hour long wait time, you don't want your medication in a timely manner, and you're fine with less than pleasant beside manner then you've found the right doctor.September 14, 2017by McKenna Chase
